Distilled with fruit from the lush, rolling melon fields of Vancouver's North Shore, this is absolutely the most authentic and traditional green liqueur ever crafted. Each canary melon was masterfully knocked (for extra freshness), hand-peeled, macerated, and distilled to perfection. The liquid was then sweetened to create an off-dry liqueur that is not-too-sweet, and will balance any sour cocktail.
