This individually numbered bottle of our No. 82 amaretto has spent 12 months aging in ex-bourbon barrels from our friends at 2Bar Bourbon in Seattle, WA. The liqueur was transferred after 6-months into another ex-bourbon barrel, providing even more bourbon and oak flavour. Fruit-forward on the nose with apricot and almond cookies, followed by flavours of oak, vanilla, and honey, with a boozy whisky-soaked finish.
With an experience akin to sipping on a sweetened old fashioned, our Barrel-Aged Amaretto is the perfect spirit to enjoy over ice by the fire with friends.
