We’ve seen a lot of craft distillers makin’ classy aged rum from honey, but we thought we’d make what people really want: CRAFT COCONUT RUM (except the government told us we couldn’t call it that, so now we call it craft coconut liqueur. Thanks a lot, the man!)

Pounds of shaved coconut get toasted by hand and then macerated with our house distilled spirit to create a bold, sweet, coco-nutty liqueur that will liven up any tropical cocktail. Tastes kind of like your dad’s favourite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, if you dipped them in booze. Try it in a mai tai, daiquiri, or blue hawaiian.
