We took our classic No. 82 amaretto and put it into quarter casks that held Islay single malt scotch. After aging for 12 months, the result is the perfect smoky and sweet sipper — like a Godfather cocktail in a bottle! Lots of honey and vanilla sweetness, with notes of maritime peat; it’s a match made in heaven.
